Transend secured a two-year executive lease agreement to provide Vanuatu Post Limited's Chief Executive Officer from 1 November 2000. This contract was subsequently renewed until the role was localised in August 2008. The contract was fulfilled by two CEO's so that the most appropriate skills were provided during Vanatu Post's reorganisation, growth and to provide a different mix of skills and experience for the development of the local team.
