Royal Mail selected PLANZ, Transend's transport optimisation system to rationalise its postal transport network. The PLANZ software was implemented over a 35-week period. We provided consultancy expertise to help the organisation transform its transport network.

Royal Mail also recognised Transend Worldwide (UK) Limited with a Gold Award as a First Class Supplier (2002) and then awarded Transend the Best in Class Supplier of IT Systems and Support Services to Royal Mail (2003). More recently, Transend has introduced more efficient processes for assessing workloads and managing resources in Royal Mail's delivery business.
