With PricewaterhouseCoopers, Transend undertook a legislative review and developed a proposal to separate postal services from telecommunications. Subsequently, Transend reviewed the operations, marketing, pricing and retail functions. A Transend executive placement contract saw the appointment of the General Manager, Postal Operations for a 12-month period. We also supply postal equipment to Samoa.

 

More recently, in 2005, Transend was awarded a contract to review SamoaTel's postal business and make recommendations on improvements.
