With PricewaterhouseCoopers, Transend undertook a legislative review and developed a proposal to separate postal services from telecommunications. Subsequently, Transend reviewed the operations, marketing, pricing and retail functions. Singapore
The evolution of international settlement arrangements for terminal dues led New Zealand Post to develop and introduce sophisticated mail sampling systems, principally to ensure revenues and expenditures were accurate. This system attracted interest from Singapore Post, and a Transend consultancy team undertook a system design project for subsequent implementation by Singapore Post.    MORE >>
