Transend conducted a strategic marketing project for Jersey Post, including a review of product marketing, pricing and margins. We then commenced working on a high-level review of Jersey Post’s processing and delivery operations, as well as developing key performance indicators for business improvement.

 

Further assignments undertook an examination of Jersey Post’s address database options for the future and the development of a business transformation strategy. The latter included projects focusing on increasing productivity, improving resource management and reporting, and introducing a workload assessment system in delivery to equalise workload across all delivery rounds.
