A Transend-led project developed a service performance system to measure the standard of mail delivery services. We also presented a full modernisation proposal for the Post Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran. A further project examining total postal reform options comprised an initial assessment of operations, retail, sales and marketing, finance, human resources, and potential business performance improvements.
