As part of a World Bank-funded project to reform the telecommunications sector in Cambodia, Transend (and associated consultants) reviewed the postal sector to recommend how best to separate postal and telecommunications services. The proposed industry structure was praised for its simplicity, innovation and practical ability to address Cambodia’s specific industry needs.
