Shelving

• Up to five shelves per module

• Shelves can carry up to 60kg each

• Each shelf features a series of 250mm long interlocking plastic units

• Adjustable length – from a minimum of 750mm to a maximum of 1250mm

• Available in two depths - 285mm or 320mm

• Adjustable height between shelves for different product types

• Unique clip-on brackets enable positioning and locking of shelves onto frame.

Vertical Dividers

• Lightweight, robust plastic dividers to create separate slots for delivery addresses

• Easily adjusted in 10mm increments to accommodate variable quantities and types of mail products

• Available in a range of translucent colours to indicate a change of street (where depot bag/pouches are used) or any other need to distinguish sorting

• Dividers enable large and small items to be inserted vertically into slots and remain upright.

Work Surface and Storage

• Attaches to the frame using a bracket

• Features built-in storage compartment to hold pens, rubber-bands etc

• Contains one large drawer for extra storage

• Metal storage rack at base of the spine provides additional storage

• Other options include a moulded or flat worktop with no drawers, a combination of drawers and insert trays, or half drawers with one lockable

• Can carry up to 180kg.

Addressing

• Shelf faces are 32mm high for positioning delivery address strip labels for each route

• Labels allow for five rows of addressing text including multiple language sets

• Addressing software imports sequence round information from most databases, spreadsheets or individually input address information.

Horizontal Dividers 

The flexibility of this frame means that it can easily be configured for horizontal sorting by inserting a different divider. 

Light 

The open shelf design of the frame reduces the requirement for additional task lighting.  Existing office lighting is usually sufficient.  However, Transend can offer individual frame lighting.

• Attaches to the spine using brackets

• Fluorescent tube to illuminate work surface without casting shadows or any dazzle effect. 

Display Panel 

The panel is used to display information such as maps and street data.

• Two options - overhead panel or side panel

• Side panel can be located on either left or right hand side of frame and is easily changed

• Side panel pivots on its bracket so it can be angled for viewing or stowed flat against the side of the stand.
